Use the international parcel's tracking number
In Oopbuy, open Person Center, then Parcel and Tracking Details. Start with the parcel you submitted for international delivery. The seller's earlier shipment to the warehouse has a different job and may have a different number.
Keep the parcel number, shipping line, dispatch date and latest tracking event together. If the account lists a new number after a carrier handover, retain both numbers so you can follow the same shipment.
A typical delivery sequence—not live tracking:
- Dispatch or collection
- Carrier handover
- Customs or destination arrival
- Local delivery or pickup
A line may combine or skip these updates. They are common delivery stages, not a fixed set of Oopbuy status labels or a delivery timetable.
Which update are you looking at?
No first scan
Check whether the parcel is marked as dispatched and whether the number was copied from the international parcel. A label or electronic notice can appear before a carrier records collection. If the wait is longer than the guidance for your selected service, send Oopbuy the parcel number and dispatch date and ask whether collection has been confirmed.
Updates stopped, or a different carrier appeared
Read the last location and event, not only the elapsed days. A handover can move updates to another carrier or local tracking number. If the route or number has changed, use the details in the parcel record and ask support to confirm how to follow it. A gap in scans alone does not identify where a delay occurred.
Customs needs information
Read the actual notice for the requested document, amount, deadline and contact method. Check the sender against the genuine carrier or customs channel before sharing personal information or paying. Keep the notice and ask Oopbuy for the relevant parcel or purchase paperwork when needed. Tax and clearance requirements depend on the destination and shipment. An older haul's tax or clearance charge is not a reliable estimate for your parcel.
Delivery attempted or pickup available
Use the local carrier's instructions for the collection point, opening hours, ID requirement or redelivery request. Note the pickup deadline. An attempted delivery does not mean the parcel is back at Oopbuy, and waiting for another warehouse update will not arrange redelivery.
It says delivered, but something is wrong
- You cannot find the parcel
- Read the delivery location or proof, then check any stated safe place, reception desk or household receipt. Ask the carrier about the delivery record and tell Oopbuy which parcel is missing.
- The box arrived damaged
- Photograph the outer box, shipping label, protective packing and affected item. Keep the packaging while you ask about the damage process and any cover that applies to the shipment.
- Something is missing inside
- Compare the contents with the parcel's item list. Keep photos of the opened box and everything received, along with any unboxing recording you already made. Name each missing item rather than reporting only that the parcel is incomplete.
For an item defect or a seller-return question after delivery, separate that item request from the parcel problem. Approval, compensation and any reporting deadline depend on the applicable service and case.
Send one clear description with the parcel details
- The Oopbuy parcel number and any carrier tracking numbers.
- The last event and its date, plus the problem you see now.
- The actual customs or delivery notice, if one was received.
- For damage or missing contents, the label, packing and item photos you have.
Use support inside your Oopbuy account for order-specific action. If the question concerns the service you paid for, look at what the shipping amount includes. Our Guide Help contacts can point you to a guide, but cannot access your Oopbuy parcel.
