Oopbuy Returns and Refunds

Ordered the wrong size, spotted a defect or changed your mind? First find out whether Oopbuy has bought the item and where it is now. That determines which request makes sense.

Where is the item now?

Oopbuy has not bought it yet

Open the order and look at its status. For “Process Pending” or “Processing,” ask to cancel or correct the selection before purchasing takes place. If you want a different colour or size, name both the current option and the replacement; don't assume a message has already changed the order.

The seller has been paid, or the item is stored

Once Oopbuy has bought the item, cancellation or return also depends on the seller. Oopbuy's Order page uses “Aftersale” for requests on purchased or stored orders. If the seller has not sent it, ask whether the purchase can be cancelled. After it reaches the warehouse, send the wrong-option or defect details promptly so a return or exchange can be requested.

Warehouse arrival starts a time-sensitive decision. Ask for the deadline that applies to your order and keep tags, seals, accessories and packaging intact. Avoid using or altering the item while the request is pending. Leaving an item stored does not keep the seller's return window open indefinitely.

The international parcel has left

The item is no longer waiting in Oopbuy's warehouse. Describe what happened through your account support and ask what after-sales options remain. For a missing parcel, transit damage or missing contents, start with the delivery problem and parcel details, rather than treating it as an unshipped-item cancellation.

Say whether you want a change, return or exchange

Wrong variant
Give the order number, selected size or colour and the option you meant to buy. If the delivered item differs from the order, attach a clear warehouse photo and the ordered option.
Visible defect
Show the fault close up and in a wider view so the item and location are clear. For an uncertain photo, check whether another view would answer the question before describing the item as faulty.
Exchange
Name the replacement option. A seller-approved exchange can involve sending the old item back and waiting for another domestic shipment, so ask about availability and both movements before choosing it.

Get the return instructions before sending anything

Seller agreement, item condition and timing affect an Oopbuy return. A submitted after-sales request is not the same as approval. Ask who will arrange the return, which address to use and whether return shipping or other charges apply to your case.

For a warehouse return, retain the confirmation and returned-package tracking information. Avoid removing packaging or arranging a separate shipment while the seller's answer is still pending. If your order includes protection or compensation terms, check whether they cover the reason for your return, which evidence is needed and whether return shipping is included before agreeing to the return.

Approval and money back are different steps

A cancelled unpurchased order and a seller return do not follow the same refund path. With a return, the seller may need to receive the item and refund it before Oopbuy credits your account. Look for the approved amount and the matching Wallet balance entry rather than expecting every request to appear on your original card immediately.

If the approved amount hasn't appeared, send support the order number, return confirmation and relevant transaction dates. For credited funds or a request to take unused money out, distinguish an Oopbuy balance refund from a withdrawal.
