Top up your balance
The payment provider charges you; Oopbuy credits your balance. Compare the charged currency, conversion and any provider fee with the amount credited. The two displayed numbers may use different currencies.
Pay for the item
The purchase covers the goods and seller-to-warehouse delivery. Match the deduction to the chosen option and quantity. A later cancellation or refund can change what you finally spend on that order.
Pay for the parcel
International shipping is a separate payment when you submit the parcel. Include selected packing or other extras when reading that amount. Compare the packed weight, size and eligible shipping lines if the shipping cost is the part you need to plan.
Before paying for a product, settle the exact seller option. Topping up more money will not correct an order placed for the wrong size or bundle.
A charge went through, but the balance looks different
Keep the payment-provider receipt and compare its amount, currency and transaction reference with the Oopbuy top-up entry. A currency conversion, provider charge and Oopbuy balance credit are separate figures. Use the exchange rate and charges displayed for your actual payment, not a percentage from an older shopping post.
Oopbuy's top-up instructions include Wise and PayPal. Use the methods available in your account and follow the recipient, currency and address instructions for the method you select. A published payment option is not a guarantee that it is available for every account or country.
If the expected credit is missing
Check whether the provider marks the payment as completed or still pending, then look for the corresponding Oopbuy transaction. Send account support the reference, time, currency, amount charged and amount credited, if any. Ask about that transaction before sending another payment; a second charge can leave you with two payments to trace.
Does this coupon apply to this payment?
An advertised coupon bundle is not the discount on one parcel. Open the offer you intend to use and match it to the payment in front of you.
- Where it applies: an item order, international shipping or another specific charge.
- Who can use it: a new account, selected users or another stated group.
- Minimum spend: the qualifying amount and which charges count toward it.
- Eligible service: any required destination, shipping line or product restriction.
- Dates and combinations: expiry, activation conditions and whether another promotion can be used with it.
Use the discount shown at your own checkout; a code from an older haul post may no longer apply. A headline saving may also be split across several offers, each with its own eligibility conditions.
Refunded to balance does not mean withdrawn
A refund from an order
Oopbuy's after-sales process credits approved refunds to the account balance. Match that credit to the order and approved amount. If the return itself is still unresolved, start with the cancellation or seller-return request.
Taking unused balance out
A withdrawal is a separate request to move funds out of the account. Before requesting it, check whether a withdrawal is available for those funds, where it can be sent, the currency, any charge and the expected processing time. Do not assume that a balance credit automatically reverses the original card or provider payment.
If money is missing after a refund or withdrawal request, identify which step has completed: approval, balance credit or payment back out. Give support the corresponding reference and amount, without sending passwords or full payment-card details.
