Oopbuy QC Photos and Fit

Your order has arrived, but a size label and a few photos may not answer the question you care about. Put the selected seller option beside the warehouse photos and start with the difference you need to see.

Does the item in the warehouse match your order?

Oopbuy provides warehouse photos after arrival and checks specifications such as quantity, colour and size. Use the photos to compare the delivered item with the option on your order, rather than with every image in the seller's gallery.

Read the seller details and warehouse view together.
Your questionSeller listingWarehouse view
The right colour and label? The ordered colour, size and version. The visible colour, printed label and model details. Lighting and screens can change the appearance of colour.
Anything visibly wrong? The pictured construction and finish.Visible stitching, print placement, hardware, stains, tears or damage in the photographed area. A distant shot may not show a small defect.
All the pieces included? The parts, accessories or quantity sold in that option. The pieces actually shown. An unopened packet or hidden accessory needs a different view or an answer from the warehouse.

Oopbuy checks visible details against the order specifications; that inspection does not establish whether a product works or what is inside sealed packaging. Photos also cannot establish authenticity or tell you how a garment feels when worn.

A hoodie measurement is more useful than “size M”

If you want to know whether a hoodie will be wide enough, start with its chest measurement. Compare the seller's chest measurement with a warehouse photo measured between the same two points. A flat width and a full chest circumference are different measurements; centimetres and inches are different units.

Lay out a hoodie you like wearing and measure it the same way. That gives you a useful fit comparison alongside the ordered size label. For sleeve or body length, the starting point matters too. Ask for a clearly visible tape and endpoints if the existing photo leaves them out.

This can reveal a size mismatch, but it doesn't promise fit: the cut, fabric and how loose you wear clothing still matter. If the order itself names the wrong size, go back to the seller's option and chart before requesting more photos.

Ask for the missing view, not more of the same

An extra photo helps when it answers one unresolved question. If the size label and measurement are already readable, another general shot adds little. When Oopbuy offers an extra-photo request for your item, check the available request, any charge and expected completion time before submitting the parcel.

  • Name the item and exact part: the shoe's heel, the hoodie's size label or the seam you can't see.
  • Describe the view needed: close-up, reverse side, included pieces together or tape between named points.
  • Explain what is missing from the existing image so the request doesn't repeat it.
  • For a measurement, specify the units and endpoints rather than asking only “Is it the right size?”

Keep it, ask for another view or request a return?

The relevant details match
If the chosen option and visible condition are satisfactory, decide which items to send together. Packing and international shipping are separate from the photo check.
One detail is still hidden
Ask about that detail while the item is in the warehouse. An unclear image is a reason to clarify, not by itself proof of a defective item.
The item appears wrong or damaged
Keep the order option and the clearest photo of the difference. Ask about changing or returning that item before submitting it in an international parcel.
