Start with the fields below. If a measurement, packing choice or charge is missing, ask for that detail before using the post to compare fit or shipping cost.

- Seller linkItem, size, variant
Is it the same item you want?
Open the seller link and match the exact variant, colour, size and bundle or included pieces to the post. Check the post date and whether the listing still offers that option. If the link no longer works, use the seller name and item details to locate it again, then compare the current options before ordering.
- QC photosVisible details, measurements
Can you compare the fit?
Look for the size purchased, garment measurements and intended fit: fitted, regular or oversized. Use the person's height and weight only if the post provides them. A worn photo, when available, shows how that size sits on them; an Oopbuy warehouse measurement lets you compare the garment with one you already wear.
Match the measurement points and units. If the post only says “fits well” and gives no measurements or fit details, it cannot tell you which size will fit you. Ask for the missing measurement rather than guessing the person's build.
- The parcelContents, packing, weight
Compare what was actually packed
Match the parcel contents and packed weight, plus parcel dimensions if shown. Note whether shoe boxes were kept or removed, clothing was compressed and protective packing was added. Compare the packed parcel with yours, not just the combined weight of the products.
- DeliveryCountry, line, date
Match the destination and shipping line
Find the destination country, named shipping line and shipping date. Together with similar contents, packed weight, dimensions and packing choices, these make the reported cost and transit time more useful for comparison. Use dispatch and delivery scans to separate time in transit from time waiting for warehouse dispatch or customs clearance.
- The totalPayments, refunds, offers
Which charges are included in the total?
Separate the item price, seller-to-warehouse or domestic delivery, international shipping, and packing or optional services. Check whether the coupon or offer has already been deducted and which payment it applied to. Compare amounts in the same currency.
For returned or missing items, note what was paid, what was refunded and what was actually received. Count a refunded amount once, not once against the item and again against the haul total. For an offer mentioned in the post, check its date and eligibility against the discount shown on your own Oopbuy payment.
- The recommendation“Best,” “popular,” “trending”
Why did they recommend it?
Look for close-up photos, actual measurements, a wear update and the seller or variant details behind “best,” “popular” or “trending.” For a shipping recommendation, look for parcel photos or measurements, tracking records and how any reported problem was handled.
If the post discloses a referral link, gifted product, sponsorship or promotion, keep that disclosure alongside the recommendation. Then compare the photos, measurements and order details with what you need.
Ask for the missing comparison detail
If the option is unclear, ask for the seller link and selected variant. For fit, ask for the garment measurement and where it was taken. For a shipping total, ask for packed measurements, destination, line and included charges. Use the relevant guide below for the item or parcel question you still need to answer.
